Job Summary
Formulate detailed project plans defining scope, objectives, and deliverables for sustainable infrastructure initiatives across the Kingdom. Coordinate with diverse teams to execute tasks and milestones while assessing risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders to ensure transparency and utilize software like MS Project or Primavera to track progress. Provide mentorship to junior professionals and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout project life cycles. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of infrastructure experience, and PMP certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
