Job Summary
Lead development and execution of integrated plans and schedules for complex defense programs (US Navy Advanced Mission Systems on F/A-18/EA-18G), manage baselines, risk, and change efforts; coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to drive program performance and deliverables. Requires Bachelor’s or higher, strong program-management skills (including Earned Value management and Risk, Issues and Opportunity management), ability to lead through influence, and the ability to obtain a Secret/Top-Secret clearance. 100% onsite in Berkeley, Missouri; relocation not negotiable; US citizenship required; employer will not sponsor visas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience supporting projects or programs utilizing Earned Value management and Risk, Issues and Opportunity (RIO) management to drive program performance
- Experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders in planning and executing projects or transactions
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Secret) and access to higher levels as required
