Job Summary
Project Management specialist to drive daily administrative and operational efficiency for the EAI R&D department. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones, capturing high-quality meeting minutes, tracking action items and deliverables, serving as a central communication bridge within the EAI department and with HR, Procurement, Finance, and other functions, and supporting leadership with data gathering, operational reports, and onboarding of new team members. Requires 2+ years in PMO/executive assistant/departmental operations, a Bachelor's degree, exceptional organizational skills, fluency in English and Mandarin, and strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AI/robotics terminology, experience in establishing PMO workflows, and experience using AI tools like Claude. Annual salary range $80,000-$95,000 DOE, plus benefits and incentives; located in El Segundo, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in project management, PMO, executive assistant, or departmental operations roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Adaptability to dynamic, rapidly evolving environment
- Familiarity with AI, Robotics, or Autonomous Driving terminology (preferred)
- Experience establishing operational workflows or PMO tracking systems from scratch (preferred)
- Experience with AI tools like Claude (preferred)
