Job Summary
Project Management Specialist at Boeing in Hazelwood, MO, leading and supporting project management teams for construction, renovation, and closeout of facility and capital projects. Responsible for developing work packages (budgets, schedules, drawings, statements of work, procurement, estimates), coordinating with internal stakeholders (EHS, IT, Security, in-house trades), assembling and releasing integrated documents, defining scopes of work, ensuring compliance with Boeing and regulatory standards, and driving successful project delivery on time and within budget. Oversees project closeout, audit trails, records retention, and risk management, while coordinating relocations, budgets, schedules, and vendor/contractor partnerships. Emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, quality assurance, and data-driven decision making to meet safety, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in large construction projects, facilities management and or large project management
- 1+ years of experience developing and/or managing project schedules and budgets
- 1+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
- Experience with problem solving, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Experience in leading cross-functional and/or project teams
- Experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
