Job Summary
Senior Project Management Specialist leading Climate Technology Solutions projects within Baker Hughes' Extended Scope team. Drives project delivery, ensures profit & loss accountability, and achieves customer satisfaction through managing complex projects, execution models, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for concept through FEED and development phases, creation of execution models for large EPC programs (including NPD content and external partnerships), ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, monitoring project financials, on-time delivery, and quality. Requires engineering degree, 3+ years PM experience, English fluency, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and willingness to travel internationally. Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPCs
- Project management certification (eg. PMP, IPMA)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience with managing project financials (revenues, contribution margin, cash)
- Knowledge of T&Cs, contractual provisions, risks and remedies
- Background in gas turbines, steam turbines, compressor technologies, and energy transition technologies (hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal, energy storage)
- Ability to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations
