Job Summary
As a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Bootcamp Instructor, you will teach synchronous online courses, plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning, and modify teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs. Responsibilities include maintaining certifications, designing course materials, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and promoting collaboration with staff. You must adhere to CIAT's policies and maintain accurate student records.
Required Qualifications
- Mastery of Subject Matter
- Actively maintain certification(s) in the subject area(s) taught
- Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of their field or discipline
- Connect their subject matter with related fields
- Stay current in their subject matter through professional development
- Design, update, and align course materials with college standards for adult learners
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards for instructional quality
- Adhere to College Policies and Procedures
- Maintain FERPA compliance

- Flexibility to teach during the day, evenings and/or weekends
