Job Summary
Project Manager/Principal Project Manager role in Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems, located in Oklahoma City, OK. Responsibilities include program operation and integration, supporting the Program Office in day-to-day execution, assessing program issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals, managing risks and opportunities per ROMP, developing and maintaining tools/templates for monitoring project progress, preparing status reports and presentations for internal and customer meetings, and supporting proposal documentation as needed. Qualifications require a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience or a Master’s degree, experience in Project Management, cost analysis, scheduling, contracts, supplier management, proposals, and program integration/execution, and an active DoD secret or higher clearance. Preferred qualifications include IMF understanding, experience interfacing with leadership, multiple-project management, risk management tools, and potential certifications (e.g., CAM, PMP). The role involves some travel and is an individual contributor position with salary ranges provided and relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in Project Management, Price/Cost Analysis, Scheduling, Contracts, Supplier Management, Proposals, Program Management, Program Integration/Execution
- Active DoD secret or higher clearance
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- For Principal PM: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience or Masters degree with 3 years' experience
- Active DoD secret or higher clearance
