Project Management Officer & Data engineer

Develop and maintain data workflows that collect, process, and analyze information to support business intelligence, project management, and portfolio planning activities. Develop, operate, and document software tools, dashboards, and reports that support PMO and project-related processes. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to translate business needs into data solutions and visualizations (e.g., Power BI). Create and maintain process documentation, tool checklists, and user guides. Continuously improve PMO tools and processes to enhance transparency of project status, roadmaps, and business case progress through KPIs and data-driven insights. Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting and analytics platforms. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and data interpretation. Define data governance and reporting solutions in agile tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure). Stay up to date with data engineering and BI trends.
