Job Summary
Govern and coordinate the Corporate Functions project portfolio in line with enterprise standards and governance requirements. Prepare and consolidate portfolio reporting to provide clear visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance. Support planning, demand management, and prioritization activities to align resources with business needs while managing RAID processes and ensuring timely escalation of critical issues. Monitor project plans, budgets, milestones, and resource utilization, driving corrective actions where required. Coach project managers and stakeholders on governance processes and best practices to drive continuous improvements in portfolio management. This role strengthens the Strategic Portfolio & Project Management Team in Leoben, Austria, supporting management with reliable insights to drive consistent project execution and delivery discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
- Experience as a PMO Manager/Lead, Project Manager, or in a similar governance-focused role
- Strong knowledge of project governance, reporting, project controls, and portfolio prioritization
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Proven ability to work effectively with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance governance requirements with pragmatic business support
- Fluent in English
- German language skills
- Regular on-site presence
