Job Summary
Guide the GTM organization to ensure solid project management (processes, roles, meetings, communications). Support highly complex projects including initial setup, planning and collaboration models (SCRUM), and audits (internal/external). Develop and enforce project management trainings with GTMs to ensure continued competency ramp-up of CoC. Act as the central owner for engineering data quality in PMS tools and coordinate with QMM to ensure correct engineering data mapping. Maintain a high level of ownership and energy with a structured, pragmatic working style while building strong relationships with GTM and other stakeholders like CA and PMO.
Required Qualifications
- Project management expertise
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage highly complex projects (initial setup, planning, SCRUM collaboration)
- Experience developing and enforcing trainings for project management (PS)
- Ability to ensure data quality in PMS and coordinate with engineering teams
- Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Structured, pragmatic approach to work
