Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives including data warehouse implementation, ERP transition, and product milestone calendar management. Develop project plans, timelines, and risk assessments while driving accountability across merchandising, technology, and operations teams. Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and internal partners to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. Establish PMO standards, governance processes, and reporting frameworks to improve project execution visibility. Facilitate steering committee meetings and resolve timeline conflicts to maintain adherence to critical go-to-market deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional business initiatives
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise technology implementations
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
- Experience creating executive presentations, project dashboards, and status reporting
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across teams
- Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing data platforms, BI solutions, data warehouses, or analytics capabilities
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, merchandising, supply chain, or consumer goods industries
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience building or leading a PMO function
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
