Job Summary
Lead PMO and governance across Software and Mechanical programs, drive execution with NPD stage-gate, Agile, and hybrid delivery; own program delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality) with accountability; manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and global stakeholder alignment; provide executive-level reporting (MBRs, QBRs); lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers; drive continuous improvement and adoption of digital tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet); require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and 10–15+ years in PM in engineering, plus 3+ years of people leadership; strong skills in Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- 10–15+ years of experience in program/project management in engineering environments
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience managing cross-functional software, mechanical, and simulation programs
- Strong ability to understand business and customer requirements
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Understanding of engineering lifecycle including NPD/NPI
- Data-driven execution with metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong risk management and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization
- High adaptability, ownership, and accountability mindset
