Project Management Manager

Lead and manage the project management team while personally overseeing a portfolio of high-value electrical distribution equipment projects from initiation to closure. Set clear goals, assign incoming projects based on capacity and skill, and balance workloads across the team. Develop detailed timelines, resource allocations, and budget forecasts; manage change control processes and serve as the senior point of contact for key customers. Own and improve team processes, ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards, and facilitate communication across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to prevent schedule delays or budget overruns while maintaining compliance with safety policies. This working manager role requires balancing direct project delivery with team leadership in a technical manufacturing environment.
