Job Summary
Project Management/Principal Project Management Level 2/3 in Northrop Grumman's IEOM team based in Melbourne, FL. Responsibilities include continuous improvement, maintaining cost and schedule analysis charts, providing guidance on statements of work to shop floor technicians, ordering materials to ensure on-time delivery, reporting status to customers, coordinating across functional teams, and analyzing multiple data sources to identify trends using engineering fundamentals. The role supports a manufacturing/industrial environment with opportunities for flexible work arrangements and interaction with a variety of projects and customers. Preferred qualifications include CAM certification, DoD/special program experience, and leadership of project teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1 year experience in Global Supply Chain, Project Management, Program Integration, Business Management, and/or program control experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DoD Secret security clearance and Special Program Access in reasonable amount of time as required by the business
