Project Management Leader (m/f/div)

Job Summary
Lead the local project management team for video cameras and software, defining targets, KPIs, and goals while coaching members and reviewing best practices. Coordinate multidisciplinary activities across R&D, production, purchasing, and testing from concept to product launch, developing plans for milestones, budget, and resource allocation. Manage Agile transformation work packages within the Safe and Flight levels, acting as a bridge between software and product teams. Track progress against strategic plans, conduct risk management with contingency plans, and drive changes regarding schedule, budget, or quality deviations. Utilize tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and WBS to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management of hardware products, video system (IP camera) or electronic products
- Understand electronic product launch processes (phases of Definition, Development, System test, Launch and Volume Production)
- Knowledge of different project management methodologies Agile, Scrum, Safe, Flight Levels
- Be organized to prioritize work for the project team and demonstrated experience of coordinating and directing project teams
- Be a leader to be able to inspire the confidence of stakeholders and sponsors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Clearly communicate ideas, take decisions, resolve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, change management experience is a plus
- PMP Certification | PMI is preferred
