Job Summary

Lead office construction and renovation projects from conception to completion, overseeing planning, design, layout optimization, and rigorous cost management. Direct competitive bidding processes and construction supervision while managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Coordinate full-spectrum project delivery for new establishments, consolidations, and closures across the domestic footprint, applying the PDCA cycle to enhance efficiency. Located at Rakuten Crimson House in Tokyo, this role supports the Facilities Management Department's strategic office development and CRE management, driving a globally unified work environment for the Group.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating construction projects from an in-house General Affairs (GA) perspective

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in drafting drawings using CAD (AutoCAD)
  • Degree in Architecture
  • Experience in roles closely related to facility management
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) First-class or Second-class
  • First-class or Second-class Architect
  • First-class or Second-class Construction Management Engineer (Sekou Kanri Gishi)
