Job Summary
Support the Global Tech Ops function in implementing and managing the Global Critical Infrastructure Program for asset replacement across the data center portfolio. Partner with design consultants, construction managers, and OEM partners to ensure alignment to specifications while reviewing and advising on design packages for critical infrastructure replacements. Validate technical solutions against global standards and operational requirements, and collaborate with Regional Operations teams to provide risk assessments and recommendations for at-risk asset replacement. Coordinate infrastructure upgrade technical reviews and critical asset approvals, working with Supply Chain, DC&E, and Portfolio Operations to finalize equipment selection decisions. Evaluate new infrastructure technologies for feasibility and deployment in collaboration with internal and external teams. This role guides capital equipment lifecycle decisions and supports the development of a global program to identify and replace at-risk critical infrastructure assets within the North American focus area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in data center infrastructure, critical systems, or facilities engineering and construction
- Strong understanding of power systems, cooling technologies, and building automation
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP Certification is a plus
