Job Summary
Year Up United offers a one-year (or shorter) intensive job training program in Charlotte, NC, combining in-classroom skill development with internships and mentorship across four career pathways. The Business pathway blends training in Business Operations and Project Management and includes access to internships and job placement through YUPRO Placement, with potential placements at organizations like Bank of America, Merck, Amazon, or LinkedIn. The program focuses on building customer communications, team-based project coordination, finance basics, business and professional skills, interviewing and networking, resume building, and ongoing guidance to launch a professional career. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Have not obtained a Bachelors degree
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
