Project Management Coordinator

Job Summary
As a Project Management Coordinator, provide basic administrative support to the team throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include project documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, processing invoices and pay applications, and performing financial reconciliations. Key duties include processing invoices, documenting project commitments, obtaining external quotes, coordinating change orders with consultants and vendors, scheduling meetings and communication plans among teams and clients, assisting with contract administration (tender openings, letters of acceptance/ regret, etc.), entering project data into project management tools, supporting the project closeout process and turnover documentation, and delivering outputs by following defined procedures under close supervision. Requires a High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, experience with Finance SAP and PMIS, excellent organizational skills, and solid math abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Ability to follow established work routines and standards in task execution
- Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information clearly
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience using Finance SAP and PMIS (Project Management Information Systems)
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive and detail-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups
