Job Summary
As a CBRE Project Management Coordinator, provide basic administrative support to the project management team, including project documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, invoice and pay application processing, and financial reconciliations. Process documentation for project commitments, obtain external quotes, coordinate change orders with consultants and vendors, schedule meetings and communication plans, assist with contract administration (tender openings, letters of acceptance/ regret), enter project information into PMIS, process invoices/pay applications, assist with project closeout documentation and financial reconciliation. Utilize established procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision; deliver outputs following defined processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Ability to follow established work routines and standards in task execution
- Effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information clearly
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience using Finance SAP and PMIS (Project Management Information Systems)
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive and detail-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups
