Job Summary

Coordinate the project buyout process, submittal reviews, and RFI responses to address plan interpretations and missing information. Manage project documentation including daily reports, subcontractor logs, and as-built drawings while assisting with BIM coordination using Navisworks. Track cost control, change orders, and invoice approvals to ensure timely payments and compliance with building codes. Assist in meeting minutes, drawing revisions, and close-out document assembly while enforcing TCC Health and Safety Plan regulations. Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to support project managers in meeting schedule and budget targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in an applicable discipline
  • Experience working with contracts, plans, and specifications
  • Knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Familiarity with computers and software programs for job costing, online collaboration, scheduling and estimating
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to coordinate several major activities at once
  • Analyzing and resolving specific problems
  • Understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings

  • OSHA 10-hr
