Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and develop professional business and communication skills through technical and professional instruction in Business Operations, Financial Operations, and Project Management. Coordinate team-based projects and manage customer communications while utilizing data to achieve business outcomes. Participate in an intensive one-year program with access to internships at leading organizations such as Bank of America, Merck, Amazon, and LinkedIn, alongside personalized coaching and mentorship. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
