Job Summary
Coordinate customer communications and team-based projects while applying technical training in Business Operations, Financial Operations, and Project Management. Manage organizational processes using data to achieve business outcomes, with support from personalized coaching and mentorship through four unique career pathways. Participate in an intensive one-year program including in-classroom skill development and access to internships at leading organizations such as Bank of America, Merck, Amazon, or LinkedIn. Receive an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelors degree
