Job Summary
Year Up United offers a one-year-or-less intensive job training program in the Dallas area with internships and job placement services through YUPRO Placement. The Business pathway combines training in Business Operations, Financial Operations, and Project Management, with internship opportunities at major organizations (e.g., Bank of America, Merck, Amazon, LinkedIn) and ongoing coaching and mentorship. Participants gain customer communications, team-based project coordination, and professional business skills, including interviewing and networking, and earn an educational stipend during the internship phase. Career paths include HR Coordinator, Data Analysis & Reporting/Business Intelligence, Fund Accounting, Project Coordinator, and Operations Support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Available Monday-Friday for the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
