Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day project management and business operations training while coordinating team-based initiatives and utilizing data to achieve business outcomes. Deliver comprehensive finance training, professional communication skills, and resume building support to participants across four unique career pathways. Manage internship placements with leading organizations in the Providence area and provide personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program. Participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. The program aims to launch professional careers with a high employment rate among graduates.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
