Job Summary
The role involves Project Management focusing on Automation Selenium Testing and Mainframe Testing within the Healthcare domain. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with significant healthcare QA project experience and a minimum of 5 years as a QA manager. Strong background in Mainframe technologies, including JCL, CICS, DB2, and IDMS, is required along with experience in automation framework development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
- 5 years of Prior Experience as QA manager
- Experience in project scoping, estimation, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, reporting and risk management
Desired Qualifications
- At least 7 years of core Healthcare domain experience, especially in Claims Adjudication
- At least 7 years of experience in working in healthcare QA projects
- 5-7 years of Mainframe hands on working experience in batch and online testing, JCL, CICS and DB2 and IDMS database
- At least 2 years of hands on automation framework development and troubleshooting
- 3-4 years of experience in Agile (Scrum) and Lean practices
- Prior experience in Healthcare based End-to-End testing and system integration testing
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Communication skills and Analytical skills
