Job Summary
Project Management Associate supporting planning, coordination, and execution of machinery projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, preparing reports and meeting materials, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation and compliance, supporting FATs and site reports, assisting in procurement and logistics (tracking parts, coordinating with purchasing, preparing packing lists and shipping docs), and contributing to continuous improvement and learning within the project management team. Requires attention to detail, strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, proficiency with MS Office, familiarity with project coordination or engineering support, and a basic understanding of manufacturing/capital equipment processes.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or capital equipment projects
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a technical project management team
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation, schedules, and task tracking across multiple projects
- Time management and prioritization to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environment
- Effective communication skills to relay project updates, coordinate meetings, and follow up on action items with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving mindset to proactively identify potential bottlenecks or issues and escalate appropriately
- Basic technical literacy to feel comfortable understanding mechanical/electromechanical components
