Project Management Associate – Supply Chain

Job Summary
Lead and manage cross-functional supply chain transformation projects, including new product launches, certifications and inspections, and regulatory/regulatory-compliance initiatives across multiple countries. Collaborate with Supply Chain PMO, Procurement, Technology, Legal and other quality-ops functions to ensure compliance with local and international labeling/packaging requirements, risk mitigation actions, and integration of new supply chain technologies. Develop holistic supply chain quality control strategy and establish clear procedures aligned with organizational goals. Drive process improvement across operations (e.g., reporting, communications) and oversee transversal projects including sustainability practices for NPIs. Requirements include 5+ years in supply chain, quality, and/or project management; knowledge of product manufacturing and distribution regulations; ability to manage multiple projects; fluency in English and Spanish; PMP or similar certification is a plus. The role emphasizes a hands-on, collaborative, and results-driven approach within Verisure’s global supply chain context, based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Spain.
Required Qualifications
- Experience +5 years of experience in supply chain, quality, and/or project management environments
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of regulations, guidelines and standards related to product manufacturing and distribution
- Ensuring compliance with labeling and packaging requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with ability to communicate across a global environment
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
