Job Summary
Associate Director-level PMCM professional sought to lead and grow project-management delivery across major civil-infrastructure portfolios in the UK. You will join a growing team of Project, Design, and Commercial Managers delivering large-scale programmes, lead high-performing teams, drive business growth, and cultivate strong client relationships with a focus on net zero and sustainability. Collaboration across clients, multidisciplinary teams, and functional leaders in project management, programme management, design, risk, PMO, cost and carbon management, planning, and information management is required. The role balances leadership with delivery, develops internal and external relationships, and expands WSP’s project management offering while maintaining high standards against demanding KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised qualifications (APM PMQ, or equivalent) and substantial experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes
- Degree in a relevant technical discipline (civil engineering, project/construction management) or equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant project experience
- Chartered or long into a path to chartership, current membership of relevant professional institutions (e.g., APM, MRICS, MCCIOB, MCIHT, CEng, MAPM, MICE) or equivalent experience is desirable
- NEC3/4 ECC Project Manager accreditation is advantageous but not essential
