Job Summary
Lead and develop high-performing teams while delivering major infrastructure projects across highways, rail, urban infrastructure, energy, and defence sectors. Manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk for integrated projects from concept to completion, balancing leadership with project delivery. Engage directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams to build strong relationships and drive business growth. Oversee change management implementation, resource forecasting, and NEC3/4 ECC contract management to ensure resilient, efficient outcomes against demanding KPIs. Contribute to net zero and sustainability initiatives within a global engineering culture.
Required Qualifications
- Recognised qualifications (PMP, APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Substantial experience managing large-scale, multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes
- Extensive stakeholder engagement, client management, and effective communication skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-performing teams
- Proven track record of developing high-potential team members
- Strong commercial acumen
- Cost management experience
- Budget forecasting experience
- NEC3/4 ECC contract management experience
- Experience overseeing change management implementation
- Deep understanding of resource management
- Resource forecasting ability

- Current membership of relevant professional institutions (e.g., APM, MRICS, MCCIOB, MCIHT, CEng, MAPM, MICE)
- Equivalent experience to professional membership
- NEC3/4 ECC Project Manager accreditation
