Job Summary
Support the planning, execution, and delivery of client engagements across various industries by applying project management principles in a structured, client-facing environment. Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while gathering, interpreting, and synthesizing information. Deliver written and verbal communication through client presentations and reports, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like MS Project or Primavera. Maintain a proactive, self-motivated mindset to anticipate project needs and contribute meaningfully from day one, with flexibility to work outside regular business hours and travel as required. Based in Toronto, Ontario, this role offers a pathway from execution support into broader consulting and client delivery within a high-achieving team.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in project management, project controls, consulting, or a closely related field
- practical, hands-on experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
- equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks
- Prior experience in a client-facing or professional services environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
