Project Management - Architecture

Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while acting as the primary point of contact for client and team communication. Work closely with the Design Manager to set expectations, coordinate meetings, and support design production teams with resource planning. Proactively identify risks and escalate anomalies to senior leadership, while maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reporting. Simultaneously develop relationships with key client stakeholders, understand organizational structures, and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts. Lead tender preparations, manage contract negotiations and compliance, and oversee invoicing and payment collection. This role splits duties 60% toward design management and 40% toward business development, requiring fluent Mandarin and English. Weekly travel to Guangzhou, China, is mandatory for client meetings.
