Job Summary
Act as the central liaison between clients and internal teams, managing a portfolio of research programs from kickoff to final reporting. Develop individual scientific execution strategies aligned with business objectives, providing strategic direction for protein development projects including construct design, purification strategies, and optimization of biological and biophysical assays. Ensure experimental activities meet high scientific standards while tracking project KPIs and managing changing priorities. Forecast workload requirements to optimize resource utilization across programs and support customer proposals with scientific expertise and operational planning. Contribute actively to process improvements and develop new products for the internal portfolio. Join Eurofins DiscoverX Products France within the international Discovery business line, reporting to a PhD-level team in an industrial CRO environment.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment
- Experience ideally within a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
- Proven experience in managing relationships with external clients
- English: minimum C1 level
- French: minimum B2 level
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with ERP systems such as Sage X3 or Microsoft Dynamics AX, as well as Prism
- Doctorat (PhD) en sciences de la vie
- Spécialisation de préférence en biochimie
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement industriel
- Idéalement au sein d'une CRO
- Une expérience avérée dans la gestion des relations avec des clients externes est indispensable
- Anglais niveau minimum C1
- Français niveau minimum B2
- Pack Office: Word, Excel, Outlook indispensables
- ERP: X3 ou AX, Prism
