Job Summary
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and key milestones while monitoring progress using dashboards and reporting tools. Gather and analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and improve future performance through continuous process evaluation. Prepare executive summaries, project updates, and reports for leadership, facilitating communication and coordination among stakeholders. Evaluate current workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements, partnering with internal teams to implement change management strategies and integrate systems that enhance operational efficiency. Manage assigned projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure milestones, scope, risks, and business priorities are effectively tracked and mitigated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project analysis, project management, process improvement, or a similar role
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
- Experience supporting or coordinating cross-functional process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
