Job Summary
Coordinate telecommunications project management activities across Greystar's multifamily real estate portfolio, assist in developing and maintaining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, create and maintain visual representations of project workflows, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (consultants, legal counsel, property management teams) to gather information, track progress, document status, risks, and issues, and escalate as needed. Support documentation related to contract terms, expiration dates, and compliance checkpoints, contribute to client-facing presentations and reports, and help refine project management tools, processes, and frameworks to improve efficiency. The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities; travel to properties or client sites may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in telecommunications or real estate consulting
