Job Summary
Role focuses on supporting the planning and delivery of corporate real estate projects and transformation initiatives; manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, and governance documentation to ensure delivery to plan; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for alignment and clear communication across projects; produce high-quality reporting and materials for stage-gate reviews and decision making; analyze workplace and occupancy data to provide insight into performance and optimization opportunities; maintain accurate project and property data, and ensure reporting integrity; requires project management certification or equivalent experience; strong analytical skills to translate data into clear insights; advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and familiarity with Power BI/PowerApps; excellent communication across organizational levels; hybrid/flexible working offered.
Required Qualifications
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, APMQ, PMP) or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Proven experience supporting or delivering projects in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or PowerApps
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple organizational levels
