Project Management Analyst

Job Summary
Establish and manage performance dashboards, analyze event triggers, and coordinate project schedules to ensure timely milestone updates. Coordinate risk and issue management processes, manage project finances including estimates and reconciliation, and maintain baseline and change control processes. Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, and status reports for internal teams and customers while driving eTMF filing compliance. Monitor project metrics in IQVIA systems and support audits as needed. Partner with the Project Leader on resource allocation and regional initiatives to improve patient outcomes through faster drug delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Life sciences or other related field
- 1 year of relevant clinical research experience with analytical/financial skills or relevant Project Management experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Knowledge of clinical trials - knowledge of clinical trial conduct and skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements i.e. International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant local laws, regulations, and guidelines, towards clinical trial conduct
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language

- Planning, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle conflicting priorities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good software and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Ability to influence without authority
