Job Summary
Maintain and validate project scope, plans, and schedules while monitoring risks and communicating updates to stakeholders. Manage project delivery processes, scope, and costs for non-complex projects under supervision, ensuring alignment with operational and compliance standards. Execute communication plans to maintain stakeholder relationships and evaluate results against defined success metrics to recommend process improvements. Contribute to team reporting and guidance metrics to support project visibility and performance. Assist in organizational change efforts by identifying project impacts and building awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
- Eighteen (18) months of experience in a systems development environment
- Experience supporting project scope, planning, and schedule validation
- Understanding of project delivery processes, cost tracking, and risk monitoring
- Good technical and commercial awareness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships and support cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to assess project outcomes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and end results
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in lieu of degree
