Job Summary
Project Management Analyst at IQVIA in Kuala Lumpur, responsible for setting up and maintaining the TMF/eTMF at site level, coordinating document collection and uploading into SharePoint/eTMF, performing TMF/eTMF quality control, coordinating EC submission dossiers and site start-up activities, tracking EC fees, processing protocol amendments and ICF updates, collecting and updating study trackers/metrics, assisting with site contract and payment processes, distributing site materials and equipment, and providing general administrative support; requires a Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or related field, up to 0.5 years of clinical trial experience, knowledge of GCP/ICH, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical or related field
- 0.5 years of clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry
- Basic knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
- Broad knowledge of applicable protocol requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask
