Job Summary
Design and deliver data-driven solutions for Real-World Evidence and Digital Innovation projects in healthcare. Contribute to the design and execution of real-world studies, including deployment of digital technologies, and explore innovative applications of real-world data in digital health, AI-driven analytics, and patient-centric digital solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across China and globally, engage in project management activities and client interactions, and help shape methodologies and offerings within real-world data and digital health. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of post-Master’s experience in healthcare analytics or AI, majors related to the role, and strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive interest in applying AI/ML to improve daily work efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of post-Master’s experience in healthcare data analytics or artificial intelligence
- Master’s degree or higher (preferred) in relevant fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Epidemiology
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver tasks on time
- ability to stay up to date with AI/ML advancements and apply them to daily work
