Job Summary
Project Management Analyst III to support the program office with data-driven insights, reporting, and project analysis. Responsibilities include gathering, validating, and consolidating project information from cross-functional teams to support recurring reports, reviews, and status briefings; developing and maintaining reporting criteria and KPIs; coordinating with project members, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors; preparing and monitoring material requisitions and schedules; and identifying solutions for material or logistics issues to maintain project goals. The role requires detail orientation, analytical skills, ability to manage large data sets, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Security clearance ability to obtain is noted, with a salary range provided and a focus on program performance metrics within Mission Technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field; or 4 years relevant experience with a Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Experience working within SharePoint environments.
- Ability to develop, track, and analyze metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with document control processes and best practices.
- Experience working in large cross functional programs and working with customer and subcontractors.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and reporting on program or project performance metrics.
- Strong ability to communicate within a cross functional team and collaborate with geographically distributed personnel.
