Job Summary
Support project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking across the project lifecycle. Maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics while monitoring risks, issues, and dependencies for mitigation planning. Coordinate meetings, action items, and communications with government stakeholders, program teams, and leadership. Track project budgets, milestones, and contractual deliverables to support program objectives, ensuring compliance with quality, security, and governance requirements. Assist with federal IT initiatives, including cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, and ICAM programs, utilizing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Manage Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet tools.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Six (6) years of direct experience managing technical projects, enterprise IT implementations, or systems engineering contracts within cleared government or corporate environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US
