Job Summary
Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate and lead team efforts by assigning tasks, aligning them with overarching objectives, tracking progress, and managing timelines to ensure productivity. Provide effective support to customers by identifying needs, establishing communication channels, and resolving conflicts swiftly. Create work breakdown structures and prepare charts, tables, and graphs to analyze problems. Requires five years of experience in administrative activities, financial management, and resource planning, with proficiency in Microsoft Project. Must obtain a Secret security clearance and hold US citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience that includes performing administrative activities and financial management, such as resource planning, project scheduling, budgeting, manpower and financial reporting
- Experience in performing evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, or systems related to contractual issues
- Developing work breakdown structures
- Preparing charts, tables, graphs and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance (at a minimum, must receive/be approved for an interim Secret security clearance in order to start)
- US Citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Microsoft Project Orange Belt 2016 certification
