Project Maintenance Technician

Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance by observing devices to locate root causes, dismantling equipment to remove defective parts, adjusting functional components, and testing electrical circuitry and mechanical systems. Independently execute repairs and replacements while identifying and sourcing necessary parts and supplies. Operate multiple machining operations including lathes, drill presses, and grinders to make and repair parts, and perform welding tasks as required. Troubleshoot control systems to resolve software, hardware, and configuration problems, utilizing predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data. Comply with 5S housekeeping standards and safety policies while driving continuous improvement activities focused on processes, results, and cost savings. Update CMMS records and assist lower-level technicians through advanced training and self-study programs.
