Project & Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead and supervise project teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion while developing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and evaluate vendors to negotiate maintenance contracts. Implement comprehensive maintenance programs through regular inspections and prioritize preventive and corrective tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance. Train, supervise, and mentor teams while assigning tasks, setting expectations, and conducting performance evaluations. Collaborate with top management to resolve challenges and report status to senior leadership. Monitor expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and foster a positive work environment. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management with 5–7 years of experience. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sat–Thu, on a yearly contract with paid leaves and transportation allowance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project and maintenance management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Proven experience in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Arabic: Native level
- English: Intermediate level
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Working days: Sat – Thu
