Job Summary
Project Maintenance Assistant supports the Director of Maintenance in design, construction, and coordination of hospital projects; helps maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors; requires knowledge of Life Safety Code, NFPA, ADA, NEC, and related regulations; requires ability to read blueprints, basic computer/electronics skills, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities; prior hospital setting experience preferred; must communicate in English and follow directions.
Required Qualifications
- Regulatory requirements knowledge (Life Safety Code, NFPA, ADA, NEC, Ohio Fire Code)
- One year building-field experience
- English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer and electronics knowledge
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to be organized and multi-task
