Job Summary
Operations Manager I leads a team of Team Leaders to ensure client service levels and financial targets are met. Responsible for coaching and supervising direct reports, training and developing staff, forecasting and budgeting, managing performance, analyzing operational data and reports, cultivating client partnerships, ensuring policy compliance, and driving continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration and employee engagement. Requires an Associate's Degree in a related field and more than seven years of experience with progressive management experience; call center experience is preferred.
