Job Summary
Lead and drive industrialization and transfer projects within the International Production Network, ensuring final test readiness for semiconductor backend components according to agreed milestones. Act as the critical interface between product development teams and international plant locations to turn innovation into scalable production excellence. Establish structured project plans including timelines, work packages, and risk management while building and leading cross-functional teams across technical, logistics, and operations. Define requirements for final test processes and material flow, facilitating workshops to ensure alignment and progress. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience and fluent English skills. Join Bosch Malaysia's PgP5 plant, a growing semiconductor test site focusing on final testing for automotive electronics and sensors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong technical background (backend experience preferred)
- Proven project management experience with the ability to structure timelines, define work packages, and manage risks effectively
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with an independent and structured way of working
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to moderate cross-functional meetings and workshops across different organizational levels
- Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in an intercultural environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
