Job Summary
The Project Leader in R&D will lead the identification and qualification of process and formulation developments in pet food, striving for industry-leading innovation while managing successful product lifecycles. With a focus on product development and supply chain support, the role requires collaboration with technical staff and external stakeholders to optimize formulations and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in product development and technical services, particularly in pet food
- Excellent computer skills with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data entry skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of animal nutrition and food formulation
- Leadership qualities and flexibility with respect to job requirements
- Experience with Concept 5 and/or AutoCad
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Excel and PowerPoint
