Job Summary
Project Leader at Q2 Management Inc. responsible for both customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness at client sites, overseeing multiple quality inspection projects and sites, developing and implementing quality instruction work and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Requires leadership to train and empower Shift Leaders, manage team performance, resolve conflicts, drive continuous improvement, maintain accurate documentation, and foster a safe, inclusive, and customer-focused environment across shifts and locations. Travel within the operating region and flexible scheduling are supported to meet project needs.
